Originally, the Burgundy wine-growers set up this wine fair in order to present and sell their wines from the previous year to wine merchants. The latter have ever since been joined by the public at large, and the fair today unites the wines of 1500 producers from all over Burgundy from the Chablis to the Beaujolais region. A must for lovers of Burgundy wines.
